How to use your estimate
Include all your working time
Your chosen hourly income covers performance, preparation, admin and travel/setup time. Distance costs, equipment and overhead are separate. Included distance is absorbed by you.
Check what you keep from a gig
Profit subtracts the shared costs from the fee. Initially the fee follows the quote; once edited, it stays independent until you use the quote again. Costs and hours remain shared, so you can explore their effect across the workflow.
Estimate earnings from regular bookings
Earnings repeats the current fee, costs and working time for your booking count and period. Add monthly costs only when they are not already allocated per booking. Seasonal variation, cancellations and extra non-booking work need your own assumptions.
